Farmer’s Market

The Metamora Farmer’s Market is a community driven non-profit organization providing a family friendly outlet for local farmers, artisans, & craft vendors. The market is open seasonally on Saturday Mornings on the Square in Metamora, (8AM-12PM) June through September.

 

Metamora Courthouse State Historic Site

The Metamora Courthouse was built in 1845 and served as the center of county government until the county seat was moved to Eureka in 1896. It is one of two surviving courthouses on the historic Eighth Judicial Circuit traveled by Abraham Lincoln. In 1978 the Courthouse was added to the National Register of Historic Places.

 

Partridge Point Orchard

We are a Pick Your Own apple orchard. We are conveniently located just 3 miles north of Metamora, IL.  We have nine varieties of apples ripening throughout the season available for picking.   We also have honey available.  We accept credit cards and local checks.

 

Old Settler Days

It’s a reunion, a family tradition, a time for folks to gather and enjoy being part of a community. This summer festival has been held in Metamora since 1901 - that's over a hundred years of partying! Originally a one-day picnic, Old Settler's Days has evolved into a multi-day festival with live music, sizzling food, and carnival rides and games.
