Today we’re joined again by two experienced agents on our team, William Tompkins and Cathy Algas, to ask them an all-important question: What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned over the years?

For Cathy, a buyer specialist, she’s learned that teaching comes naturally for her. As we grow our team and bring on new agents, she gets to help mold them into the rockstar agents they eventually become. We focus on producing highly successful agents, and she feels great about passing on the knowledge she’s learned.

For William, a listing specialist, it’s knowing how to build relationships and overcome obstacles. We work with many vendors and different kinds of people within our client base, and whenever we run into problems, our team has the resources to solve them.
